User Account & Data Deletion Policy
Kidz Galaxy respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal information of students, parents, guardians, teachers, and other users.
This policy explains how a user or the user’s parent/legal guardian can request deletion of their Kidz Galaxy account and associated personal information.
How to Request Account Deletion
Kidz Galaxy does not provide an online account deletion form.
To request deletion of a Kidz Galaxy account, the user or the user’s parent/legal guardian may submit a deletion request using either of the following methods:
1. Email Request

The email should include sufficient information to identify the account, such as:
Student/user name
Registered email address or mobile number
Class/section, if applicable
Account ID, if available
Name of the parent/legal guardian, where applicable
2. Written Request to the School
A user, parent, or legal guardian may also submit a written account deletion request directly to the school.
The written request should clearly state that the user wants their Kidz Galaxy account and associated personal information to be deleted.
The school may verify the identity of the requester before forwarding or processing the deletion request.
Verification
For security and child-safety purposes, Kidz Galaxy or the school may verify the identity of the requester before processing an account deletion request.
For student accounts, the request may need to be submitted or authorized by the student’s parent or legal guardian.
What Happens After a Deletion Request
After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, Kidz Galaxy will take reasonable steps to delete the applicable account and associated personal information from its active systems.
Deleted information may include, where applicable:
User account information
Student/user profile information
Name
Email address
Mobile number
Login/account information
Other personal information associated with the account
Account deletion may be permanent and the account may not be recoverable after deletion.
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, regulatory requirements, security requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Where information is required to be retained, it will be retained only for the period necessary for the applicable purpose.
Children’s Data
Kidz Galaxy is a preschool education platform and takes the privacy and safety of children seriously.
For accounts or information relating to children, account deletion requests should be submitted by the child’s parent or legal guardian, or through the school in accordance with the school’s procedures.
Processing Time
Kidz Galaxy will review verified deletion requests and take reasonable steps to process them within a reasonable period.
If additional information is required to verify the request, Kidz Galaxy or the school may contact the requester.
